Adjust the drop-down menus

The whole site is well designed, however I found that the drop-down menus are still default.

Making the drop-down selection more rounded and according to the site's color theme will be more attractive from the UI perspective

Keeping this to default state for now. Will update this if we change that. Thanks!

Thanks - we'll look into this. Default state though is less prone to bugginess. If we over-engineer that it could become a problem.
